Actives meditations

All active meditations last approximately one hour. They are accompanied by music composed and performed by the disciples of Osho, under his direction. they have done a great job in order to achieve fair and music to help improve each technique.

Osho Dynamic
: The Dynamic Meditation is a powerful meditation that helps us overcome conditionings, to get rid of energies blocked, to release tension and to regenerate energy. It is practiced mainly in the morning.

Osho Kundalini meditation : is a 4 phases of 15 minutes each: shake her body to release tension, get lost in the dance, sit and feel the music, stay observer, in silence, without music and movement. This is a very gentle and very effective method to release tension.

Nadabrahma
: lasts one hour and includes three phases. It is a method that is practiced sitting, in which the "humming" (its product with mouth closed: "Mmmm") and hand movements create an inner balance, a harmony between mind and body.

Nataraj : this is a dancing meditation 65 minutes in three phases, with music created especially for it. Forget the dancer to become the dance itself, then relax in the peace and quiet, before celebrating life dancing again for 5 minutes.

Chakra breathing : a powerful meditation which also involves breathing through the 7 main chakras. This meditation can create a strong catharsis and helps to regenerate energy. Rather the morning also.

Chakra Sounds: this meditation is based on the song through the 7 main chakras. One becomes empty like a bamboo flute and resonates the different sounds within. This song allows us to let go of the mind before staying silent observer for 15 minutes.
