My name is Sophie, I discovered the meditations of Osho in a Paris yoga center there are more than 2 years.

Before that, I do not meditate and knew nothing, but I soon realized that meditation allowed me to take more back from the trivial or complex situations, and I was more Zen, more playful.

6 months later, I went to my first Mystic Rose; it was both difficult and fantastic! I faced my conditioning, my fears, my nonsense and once I noticed it, I let go, then a world opened to me. I returned transform this inner journey with an incredible zest for life and the will to carry out new projects! Everything then seemed possible!

I decided to educate myself to active Osho meditations for myself bring them into the yoga center. A year after the first Mystic Rose, I went back to do another and to form me with Leela (chosen by Osho to set up the Mystic Rose) in order to lead them. This second Mystic Rose was even stronger and more wonderful than the first and I am back again with a new outlook on life, people, the heart filled with love and the desire to share this meditation with the largest number.

6 months later, I was redoing a Mystic Rose, but this time alone at home in Paris. Still an amazing experience, challenging in many ways, and showed me how the group is important, and that is the more numerous, better meditate

Besides the various active meditations that I can run, is now the Mystic Rose I want to make known in France!
